There are no cancellation charges if your contracted mailbox subscription has ended. No refund of the initial or partial subscription will be made. You may incur an early cancellation charge if you cancel your contracted subscription early. An admin fee will be incurred and applied to your postage account when you cancel your mailbox account. You will be invoiced for any outstanding fees and postage.

You can cancel by contacting us by sending an email to info@maildroppers.com telling us you wish to cancel your account. We need four weeks written notice to cancel your account.
