A proper UK street address and not a PO Box. The full address will be released to you when you sign-up. We do this to prevent unauthorised or fraudulent use.
Any business or individual from anywhere in the world may use our service to receive post, small packages and parcels. It is great for eCommerce shop owners and ex-Pats or people who move around a lot.
Mailbox services are for anything which would fit through a letterbox. We can also accept parcels and signed for items if you add this option.
No. You cannot use the address to obtain any financial services, open a Bank account, get a loan or get a credit card.
Each package allows one personal mailing name and one business name as standard. You can purchase the option to add more mailing names at any time.
Any mail which arrives and is matched to your account will be handled according to your instructions and the mailbox package you have selected.
It will typically take 1-2 working days to be received from when it left our offices. For international residents this will be 3-7 working days from when it left our offices. We aim to complete Scan + Email within 24 hours of receiving it at our offices (excluding bank holidays and weekends).
Yes. You can use our address as a Registered Office and/or Directors Service Address with Companies House. But you will need to add this to your mailbox package as an optional bolt-on.
Yes. We have a legal obligation to check proof of ID for all customers who use our services. You can start using our address immediately, but we cannot release any post to you until we have sufficient ID on file.
We require four weeks written notice via support ticket or by email. Your account will be closed and post returned to sender at the end of the notice period. If we continue to receive payments from you the account will automatically be reactivated.
